Our focus is to enable adults with learning disabilities to live life to the full with the choices and independence that they want. We promote self development, friendship, self confidence, creativity and learning. We also like to have fun!
We have a range of weekly and monthly activities and we provide advocacy, information, safeguarding and skills workshops.
We respect and promote the rights of people with a learning disability and their families to speak up on issues both locally and nationally. We aim to raise awareness, change attitudes and influence policy.
We are meeting members in the community for Walk and Talks and in person groups for Saturday Circuits, Tuesday Drop-in and Friday Funky Lunch. We are also offering Sign with Steve, Fit Class, Afternoon Tea and Tai Chi on zoom. Please visit our What’s On page for the details of all our groups.
Please note the Winchester Go LD office at the Discovery Centre is closed due to building works until February 2022. We can be contacted on:

Staff are committed to continuing the vital work that Winchester Go LD does at a time where our members need it the most – support for social isolation, healthy living, loneliness, exercise, companionship, reassurance. Any fundraising or donations we can get really helps – however big or small.
Donations can be made here. Your funding can really make a difference.
Membership is free to adults with learning disabilities living in the Winchester area.
