This year, the festival is supporting Winchester Go LD, a charity that helps adults with learning disabilities live more independently through a programme of activities, advocacy, and skill-building.

Mayor, Councillor Jamie Scott, said: “Having the CAMRA Winchester Beer and Cider Festival in the University of Winchester, where local beers and breweries are in abundance, is absolutely fabulous. The people are all in good cheer with smiling faces, with the brilliant sound of clinking glasses. It is good the festival is also raising money for Winchester Go LD – a fantastic charity.”
